That was a bad example. There is no such language team like de_PY (German in Paraguay). 'py' is a substitution for 'python' here; there is a German po file for some python module at that page. So I have removed de_PY, fr_PY, it_PY and zh_PY from the list. As well as bin (which is a substitution for binary) and cli (as a short form for Commandline Interface) and cut (there are no po files for 'cut' language at that page; there are Danish, German and French po files at that page). Bug#1060163: packages.debian.org should offer https links to binaries
Package: www.debian.org Severity: normal Dear packages.d.o team, Binary download pages like this one: https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/all/nlohmann-json3-dev/download only offer http links to packages and not https links. firefox flags downloading binaries through http links as dangerous Hopefully most mirrors should support https download now. Cheers, -- Bill. Imagine a large red swirl here.
Partial virtual packages support in packages.debian.org
Hi, I saw that only some adep/dep link of virtual packages are supported, for example: https://packages.debian.org/source/sid/cjs > adep: dh-sequence-gir > virtual package provided by gobject-introspection > > adep: dh-sequence-gnome > Package not available https://packages.debian.org/sid/libcjs0 > dep: gir1.2-gio-2.0 [not alpha, hppa, ia64, m68k, sh4, sparc64] > Package not available > > dep: gir1.2-girepository-2.0 [not alpha, hppa, ia64, m68k, sh4, sparc64] > Package not available As spotted by people in debian-devel IRC seems that is working only for unversioned Provides, is possible have working also for the versioned ones please? It would also be useful to have a list of any provides in the package pages, for example together with or next to the depends, recommends, suggests, enhances lists. Currently for checks you have to go and look for the sources of the packages, having complete implementations in packages.debian.org would save time. Thanks for any reply and sorry for my bad english. OpenPGP_signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature
