With AUTOWHITELIST ON in Imail we check the users address book if there is a match on the sender of the email we whitelist. If you are using Smartermail we check both the user address book and the trusted senders list. We see that a lot... where the user has their own email address in their webmail contacts, which results in any spam sent to them that forges their email address coming through.
