I also experience the problem described by ricotz0; it appears, however, that, when the second disc has more tracks than does the first, the correct track list is not produced. Instead, the list is the same as the first disc's but extends to the beginning of the second disc when it runs out of the first disc's tracks. Since my first disc had 8 tracks and the second 9, the last track on the second disc was shown to be what should have been the first track on that disc. I'm trying to create images for the two discs in Dan Fogelberg's "The Innocent Age." The last track of the second disc should be "Ghosts" but is listed as "Stolen Moments." Also, the play times appear to be copied from MusicBrainz instead of being generated by rhythmbox (a surprise to me). The barcode for "The Innocent Age" is 07464373932. Rhythmbox is 2.96. PICARD's list contains the tracks on both disks. Track numbers are distinguished by either a 1-track# or 2-track#. When connecting to the AFP share, it asks for the u/p then lists the shares. When clicking the SMB part, it shows empty list, like there were no shares (does NOT ask for password). When connecting manually to the IP address of the Time Machine (smb://10.0.0.1), it will keep asking for the password, saying auth is unsuccessful. When connecting to a specific share by IP (smb://10.0.0.1/Data), it lists the entries correctly but cannot copy directories, only files from it (eg: there is a directory called DIR and there is a file called DIR/a.jpg. When entering the directory, a.jpg can be selected/copied, but the whole DIR cannot. When copying the DIR, it will create a FILE called DIR instead of a directory on the target then abort the copy). Manually mounting the share from command line works perfectly. I've entered the following information for the address book: The "Server" field contains "crtdir.certifikat.dk", and the port is 389. I've specified an insecure connection (that is, without SSL or TLS) and anonymous login. The login field is left empty. In the details tab, the search base is "c=DK", and the search tree is specified as subtree. The search filter is left empty. The above LDAP server answers queries that are performed from the command line; for example: ldapsearch -x -h crtdir.certifikat.dk -b "c=DK" "mail=w...@blazingangles.com" will return its search results for the email address "w...@blazingangles.com". For debugging, I set up an LDAP server on my own computer. According to the LDAP debug log set to max debugging level, evolution doesn't even seem to attempt to connect to the LDAP server. If I right-click on the 'Red' channel and choose 'Duplicate Channel', it creates a fifth channel named 'Red Channel Copy' which does get listed in the 'Add Layer Mask' window. You have been subscribed to a public bug: Ubuntu 12.04 Confirmed on 2 machines. Server: Apple Time Capsule, fw 7.6.1 The Time Capsule is listed by twice by name in the browse network (one for AFP and I guess the other one is SMB). When connecting to the AFP share, it asks for the u/p then lists the shares. When clicking the SMB part, it shows empty list, like there were no shares (does NOT ask for password). When connecting manually to the IP address of the Time Machine (smb://10.0.0.1), it will keep asking for the password, saying auth is unsuccessful. When connecting to a specific share by IP (smb://10.0.0.1/Data), it lists the entries correctly but cannot copy directories, only files from it (eg: there is a directory called DIR and there is a file called DIR/a.jpg. When entering the directory, a.jpg can be selected/copied, but the whole DIR cannot. When copying the DIR, it will create a FILE called DIR instead of a directory on the target then abort the copy). Manually mounting the share from command line works perfectly. I see this bug has triaged a lot of packages/apps. I think this is a PolicyKit only behavior, and could be some related issue with greeter (lightdm o gnome) related on how to handle the request of admin password from PolicyKit. Workaround: As I've commented previously, this partial solution is to modify this file: /usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.freedesktop.consolekit.policy and change: auth_admin_keep to: yes Edit the file /usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.freedesktop.consolekit.policy using your favorite text editor. You will need root permissions. @Matthew, At least bug #86 seems to have the same core problem. I've published a workaround in bug #86 that i'm going to copy here, and fix this bug (#861171) and bug #86. I think the problem is only related to PolicyKit, because this doesn't handle correctly the 'auth_admin_keep' directive. When an admin user try to halt/restart the system, this directive may ask for admin password an allow only to admin users to halt/restart the system. The workaround goes through modify the 'auth_admin_keep' to 'yes', which allow to any user (admin o desktop user) to halt/restart the system.
