[Bug 1208090] [NEW] Nautilus crashes silently while I am not using it. I just discover it is no longer launched the next time I need to use it.
Public bug reported: Nautilus crashes silently a while after I am not using it. This happens some time after I launch a video from it or maybe I go to another user space for a bit to use some other application. I just discover it is no longer launched the next time I need to use it. This is a clean install of Ubuntu 12.04.2, not an upgrade. I am using Cinnamon Desktop, but it also does this with Gnome-Classic. [Bug 400329] Re: Lowercase v key not working in gnome terminal
I'm closing this bug since there's been no activity in 3 years and it's not clear that there was a bug in gnome-terminal. Incidentally GTK 3.10 has by default disabled the automatic menu keyboard shortcut functionality mentioned in the previous comment although interested users can still enable it if they like. That means it's unlikely that someone will accidentally trigger whatever caused this bug. I think Ubuntu 14.04 LTS will include GTK 3.10 but it's still too early to tell for sure. ** Changed in: gnome-terminal (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete = Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/400329 Title: Lowercase v key not working in gnome terminal To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-terminal/+bug/400329/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 781937] Re: Missing start menu entry
If you install alacarte, I believe you can use it to force Terminal to show in your menus. If the Lubuntu developers ask the Desktop Team to add LXDE to the OnlyShowIn list, I'm sure we can. Otherwise, since LXDE offers its own app also named Terminal, it makes the menus very confusing to someone who has LXDE and Unity (or GNOME) installed. ** Changed in: gnome-terminal (Ubuntu) Status: New = Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-terminal in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/781937 Title: Missing start menu entry To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-terminal/+bug/781937/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
