For me that doesn't solve the problem on Hardy. Reinstalling Evolution had no afffect as well. I tried to acquire as much debug information as possible by editing the config file, but nothing relevant in de debug output. In my case it is a brand new hardy install, although I have problems with the users-admin tool too.
