This is an issue for as well. Nautilus showing the size of a video file as 730mb when I know it to be 700mb. It seems like Nautilus used binary units (MiB) before but switched to decimal units (MB) in Oneiric. Some translations (e.g. spanish) still use MiB though, so the number and the units do not match in the translated nautilus. That is very confusing and problematic in work environments where reporting the real size of files is important. Is there a way to revert this behavior for individual users/computers ?
