[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1825544] Re: Switch User menu item gone after upgrade to Ubuntu 19.04
Following up to my remarks from yesterday: when I logged out of my primary account, I DID see a Switch User menu option from my secondary account. When I returned to the primary account, Switch User was not present. But that was yesterday. On reboot today, Switch User has reappeared in my primary account. Perhaps a patch has fixed the problem? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-shell in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1825544 Title: Switch User menu item gone after upgrade to Ubuntu 19.04 Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: After today's upgrade to Ubuntu 19.04 with GNOME Shell 3.32, the switch user menu is gone, even though org.gnome.desktop.lockdown disable-user-switching is false To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/1825544/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : desktop-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1825544] Re: Switch User menu item gone after upgrade to Ubuntu 19.04
Like Craig McQueen, I just lost the Switch User menu option within the past two or three days. I have accepted a few automatic software updates recently.
[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1579142] Re: Evince windows cannot be resized after upgrade to Xenial
I have experienced this problem over the years. I am currently seeing it with Ubuntu 18.04.1 and Evince Document Viewer 3.28.2. The symptoms I observe are more extensive than others have described: When the document is opened, its window is pinned to the upper left corner. The window cannot be dragged out of the corner. The window size is also fixed, none of the edges or corners can be dragged. None of the buttons on the window's top bar work, so I have to press the Super key and close Evince from the desktop. However, I have just determined that this problem only occurs with certain PDF's and not others. Attached is an example PDF that causes the problem in my hands. ** Attachment added: "PulseSensorAmpd - Schematic.pdf" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/1579142/+attachment/5202733/+files/PulseSensorAmpd%20-%20Schematic.pdf -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-shell in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1579142 Title: Evince windows cannot be resized after upgrade to Xenial Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Since upgrade to Xenial, windows of evince cannot be resized on my machine. [Desktop-packages] [Bug 1672716] Re: Inverted colors on screenshots
I also experience this problem. Desktop PC, Intel i7-4790K CPU, GeForce GTX 760 GPU, Ubuntu Gnome 17.04, 64-bit, Nvidia driver 375.66. But I have noticed something potentially important.
