[Desktop-packages] [Bug 929972] Re: Unable to interact with MSN contacts
This issue was solved a long time ago, so I think I should mark it as Invalid as it no longer applies. :) ** Changed in: telepathy-butterfly (Ubuntu) Status: Confirmed => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to telepathy-butterfly in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/929972 Title: Unable to interact with MSN contacts Status in “telepathy-butterfly” package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: Double clicking or right clicking on MSN contacts does not begin a conversation with the contact or open a right-click menu as expected. It only highlights the contact. Trying the New Conversation menu item and choosing a contact results in a "Could not start a conversation with the given contact" error message. It works properly with AIM contacts. I am using a fully updated Ubuntu 12.04 with Empathy version 3.3.5-0ubuntu1. I have attached the debug information Empathy gives. http://pastebin.com/v9sfx6uW To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/telepathy-butterfly/+bug/929972/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : desktop-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
