Update Geometry Project Dependencies

Hi guys, 

we need to update the  info about the Junit dependency on the website of the 
apache commons geometry module.  We have updated from 4.x to 5

This is an auto generated report based on the latest release. It lists the
dependencies required to use the released source tarball.

When the next release is done the site report will update to reflect the
use of JUnit 5.

Hello Avijit Basak.

To get things moving, you could perhaps let us know about your current
usage of the GA functionality implemented in "Commons Math" and what
your plan is to expand on it, if it were to become a new component of this
Apache project (e.g. how it would compare with alternative Java projects
that provide GA).
