Indeed was a caching issue, looks like the {{Etag}} response header was not
modified for this content update (also the server does never respond with a 304
to a conditional GET, https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7232) but that
is obviously a different issue now. Thanks for the fix.

Still it is not visible at https://projects.apache.org/committee.html?maven. Seems to be a bug in the update mechanism (don't know if specific to Maven or overall). With Firefox it does load (but takes a while).
