Hi, I'd wholeheartedly support something in Copenhagen! I spoke to a friend who lives there as well and he mentioned that it might be an option to do it in the university, if the dates fall within their off-season. It does cost a bit of money, but he might be able to get reduced rates he said. Maybe worthwhile putting him in contact with Daniel ?
