Looks like community consensus is for graduation. Is next step a formal vote? Or, something else? I am happy to check with incubator, etc on working through steps, in the event nobody else wants to drive this. +1 Graduation a great step, I am in favor. I would like to see a bigger community [ of public users, and contributors ], and those from different organizations.
