Nope. I'm still waiting on Michelle on confirmation of both the Tour de Flex and Flex Docs donation status. Alex has been helping me ping her on the Tour de Flex ones. -Nick On Mon, May 20, 2013 at 2:36 PM, OmPrakash Muppirala wrote: > On Mon, Apr 22, 2013 at 9:44 AM, Alex Harui wrote: > > > I'm pretty sure that Adobe has to submit the Software Grant. Hi, >> the samples written by IBM for the Elixr component sets I checked out the IBM link below to see what hits Tour de Flex is getting and I was amazed to see the it was getting around 7-10 hits a minute from around the world http://visunetdemos.demos.ibm.com/tourdeflex/TdFDashboard/TourDeFlexDashboar d.html This shows that there is still a huge interest in Flex.. I'm pretty sure that Adobe has to submit the Software Grant. I'll check with Michelle off-list. Regarding Nokia images, you might have to settle for hand-drawing some artwork. Re: Been out of the loop -- looking to catch up
To be more precise, the result of this git command gives, for the 2 first chars, the status of the index and the working copy changes/add/remove of the files, for that reason, it has to cleaned up of this extra info before to be used by the chooser, or, the other option it to make the chooser compatible making it accepting both format. Update: I just had a look at the code: var files:Array = statusLog.text.split("\n"); var modFiles:Array = []; for (var i:int = 0; i < n; i++) { var file:String = files[i]; if (file.charAt(0) == "M") { modFiles.push(file); } } So, apparently, it uses only the modified files, so, the git command should be git status -s | grep "^[ M]" The code could be left trimmed on the 2 first chars of the line before: if (file.charAt(0) == "M") -Fred -Message d'origine- From: Nicholas Kwiatkowski Sent: Sunday, April 21, 2013 6:01 PM To: dev@flex.apache.org Subject: Re: Been out of the loop -- looking to catch up On Sun, Apr 21, 2013 at 10:38 AM, Frédéric THOMAS wrote: ok, did you compile the all test at least once and ran mustella db ? I will check on that. That may be the problem (other than the change from SVN to GIT, I'm now using gitbash instead of cygwin. I don't think that is working as expected... I'll play around a bit more with it, though... Might be because I'm on Windows... -Nick On Sat, Apr 20, 2013 at 8:43 PM, Frédéric THOMAS wrote: > For the MustellaTestChooser, use as input, the output of: git status -s | > grep "^[A M]" > > -Fred > > -Message d'origine- From: Nicholas Kwiatkowski > Sent: Sunday, April 21, 2013 2:23 AM > To: dev@flex.apache.org > Subject: Been out of the loop -- looking to catch up > > > Hey everybody! > > I've been out of the loop for the last three weeks or so. It is not documented in the env-template.properties, nor do we talk about it in the Install Prerequisites section (where we talk about the other environment vars). We may want to move it so people as ignorant as me don't miss it ;) -Nick

Re: Been out of the loop -- looking to catch up
For the MustellaTestChooser, use as input, the output of: git status -s | grep "^[A M]" -Fred -Message d'origine- From: Nicholas Kwiatkowski Sent: Sunday, April 21, 2013 2:23 AM To: dev@flex.apache.org Subject: Been out of the loop -- looking to catch up Hey everybody! I've been out of the loop for the last three weeks or so. Life has gotten in the way. Anyway, I have a few questions : - Has MustellaTestChooser been updated to use output from GIT? Been working on a few different bugs and I'm getting tired of waiting for all the tests to run ;P - What is the status of the Whiteboard stuff? I have a few updates I wanted to make to one of the components I was working on I'm assuming this is still on SVN for the time being? - I have Tour de Flex from Adobe ready to donate (been sitting on it for a few weeks, actually. I'm assuming we will be hosting a copy on the website, but I'm not sure if we want to hosting the source code elsewhere as well... I'd imagine that a good place for it would be the whiteboard because I don't see it needing its own GIT repo... - I noticed a requirement for the TLF_HOME variable so that the framework to be compiled, but I didn't see it documented anywhere. Is somebody working on the documentation to include that? - From what I've been seeing, people have been fixing bugs in develop yet I see a few branches for specific bug fixes. What standard should I be following going forward? Thanks! -Nick

It's documented in README - there are still some minor issues with it. "The build scripts assume that the tlf folder is a sibling of the sdk folder. If this is not true, then set the TLF_HOME environment variable to point to the tlf folder. Instead of setting an environment variable you may also set it in env.properties." > - From what I've been seeing, people have been fixing bugs in develop Unless there's a need for more than one person working on it no need to share a branch. Been out of the loop -- looking to catch up
Hey everybody! I've brought it up to date from the last version Adobe published) . Where do we want this to appear? I'm assuming we will be hosting a copy on the website, but I'm not sure if we want to hosting the source code elsewhere as well... I'd imagine that a good place for it would be the whiteboard because I don't see it needing its own GIT repo... - I noticed a requirement for the TLF_HOME variable so that the framework to be compiled, but I didn't see it documented anywhere. Is somebody working on the documentation to include that? - From what I've been seeing, people have been fixing bugs in develop yet I see a few branches for specific bug fixes.
