Yes, I verified the hash before compiling, but I didn't have Ralph's

Building from the src zip on Windows 10 with 'mvn -V clean install', I get this

Yeah, I didn’t update the web site. I can but other than the dates and a couple 
of typos 
nothing much will change.

Note that we can update the web site any time we want. Technically, it isn’t 
part of the 
release from an ASF perspective. However, we obviously don’t want the web site 
to be wrong.
