There isn't any way to get access to any repositories at Apache without being voted in as a committer, which requires sustained involvement over a period of time. http://www.apache.org/foundation/how-it-works.html#roles http://www.apache.org/foundation/how-it-works.html#meritocracy What Emmanuel meant was to drop it into JIRA as an attachment, and I'll commit it. Anyone working on it can submit patches to JIRA, which I'll apply. If you guys need to collaborate more actively there are other options, but I think this should be relatively small for now if the other providers are anything to go by, so this should be ok.
