Help.. Build error about missing processdeps.awk under Windows7
I'm bulding latest OpenOffice source code under Windows 7 (64-bit). It complaint about missing processdeps.awk in gtest module (complete error message in the attached file): awk: fatal: can't open source file `C:/cygwinc:/cygwin/home/mh/aoo/main/solenv/gbuild/processdeps.awk' for reading (No such file or directory) I found a similar post when searching the mailing list archive, it said that the error message disappear after changing from source release to subversion repository. I tried, but building code with subversion repos does not solve the problem Here is how I configure it: export SourceMain=`pwd` export SDK_PATH="/cygdrive/c/Program Files/Microsoft SDKs/Windows/v7.0" autoconf && \ ./configure \ --with-frame-home="$SDK_PATH" \ --with-psdk-home="$SDK_PATH" \ --with-midl-path="$SDK_PATH/bin" \ --disable-directx \ --enable-dbgutil \ --with-ant-home="/cygdrive/c/apache-ant-1.9.4" \ --with-cl-home=/cygdrive/c/PROGRA~2/MICROS~1.0/VC \ --with-java-home="/cygdrive/c/Program Files (x86)/Java/jdk1.7.0_67/" \ --with-dmake-url=" http://dmake.apache-extras.org.codespot.com/files/dmake-4.12.tar.bz2"; \ --with-epm-url="http://www.msweet.org/files/project2/epm-3.7-source.tar.gz"; \ --enable-pch \ --disable-atl \ --disable-activex \ --disable-binfilter \ --without-junit \ --with-lang="en-US zh-TW" When I check winenv.set.sh , there is still lots of environment variable begin with "C:\", I'm not sure if it is the cause of the problem. Could any one suggest how to build it properly? Thanks. -- Mark Hung $ build --from gtest build -- version: 275224 WARNING(S): Some modules contain old output trees! Re: ASF banner ads
On 25/08/2014 Andrea Pescetti wrote: http://www.apache.org/ads/ The home page is already quite cluttered. But this could fit in the footer. We currently have a 203x61 feather on the right hand side in the footer. The logo Apache provides for ApacheCon would be 234x60, so quite similarly sized. We could accommodate it in the footer, to the left. I tried all the options discussed, but it didn't fit at all in the header or in the download page (which in turn is already complex enough). So I implemented the above solution, and you'll see it in the site footer. If anyone can do better, just improve it, no problem. But it's important to have ApacheCon visible. Getting rid of installation/testarea
We have files (RPM and DEB packages and several other files, totalling ~180 MBytes) in http://www.openoffice.org/installation/testarea/ that is absolutely outdated. I will soon remove it unless someone sees good reasons for keeping it. mailto:dev-...@openoffice.appache.org Help please: I have two serious problems: 1. I downloaded Apache Open Office and now I can’t open any of my files. They ball are locked. 2. Earlier today I downloaded an article called Mozilla support and Firefox. It explains the basic set up but I don’t understand anything. It says 1. Open a tab with the webpage you want to use and your home page button. 2. Drag and drop that tab onto the home page button. There are 8 pages that might as well be Greek. I don’t understand a word. I am an educated woman and I HAVE USED A COMPUTER FOR 20 years, but my literacy in these things is nil. I have a scholarly manuscript ready for publishing, an now I can’t open even one page of it and there are 24 chapters. I am poor and can’t afford a technician. I haven’t got time to mess around and wait. Myrtle Ph 604-785-6390 sch...@shaw.ca
