Hi Kay, Hi Open Office community,

my name is Driss from Munich. I started before 3 years as developer
volounteer in Open Office community and successfully solved some bugs.  But
because of some reasons I was not able to continue.
Now I have about 3hours or even more per Week to help with testing.
I already have some basic knowledge on testing: Google Test, Unity, Google
Mock, CMock, Tessy..
I would appreciate if you can help me to start contributing on testing.

I can spend About 3hours per week for open office testing. What is the best

I am using gcc compiler. I have tested the code under linux and has worked.
Now I will test the code using ::rtl::math::isNan and ::rtl::math::isInf
(But under Ubuntu) and upload new patch.

 isnan and isinf is not available in the old MSVC. Use ::rtl::math::isNan
 and ::rtl::math::isInf instead.

code related to an issue? I tried to find some hints here

First Easy Task

Hi All,

After the build of openoffice I am now looking for my first task. Under
Bugzilla I found this Issue 95167, but I have no idea where to assign it to
my self and no idea how to begin cheking code related to that issue?

can somebody help me with first dev. steps?

After successfull Build, I tried to run the installation (I dont really
know what the 2nd installation command exactly do)

the first installation command  run successfully :

sudo dpkg -i unxlngx6.pro/Apache_OpenOffice/deb/install/en-US/DEBS/*.deb

After running the 2nd command:
sudo dpkg -i 
unxlngx6.pro/Apache_OpenOffice/deb/install/en-US/DEBS/desktop-integration/openoffice.org3.4-debian-menus_3.4-9593_all.deb

I got the following error:
