[dev] OTRS 4 Customer Password reset through customer preference issue
Hello All, i am trying the version 4 on CentOS 6.6. So far its everything working fine, but when any customer access to the customer portal and try to change the password the OTRS gives me an 500 Error Internal Server Error. My otrs application run on single node fine, but when run otrs application on nodes two nodes for load balancing, after that i am getting this exception on login page. I try to execute script of deletecache, loadcache and rebuild config but error is still persist... So, why is it empty? The dashboard does a search for tickets (or probably more than one search, but at least one is problematic), and selects by certain ticket states, but no ticket states match the search criteria. I don't know the dashboard well, but I guess there'll be a search by viewable states, so maybe somebody configured your OTRS to not contain any valid, viewable states? [dev] OTRS error in Log file
Team, I am continuously facing following exception in OTRS, and i am unable to track Anybody can suggest the root cause of this exception ? if no user access the OTRS application but still this exception is printing in error log continuously... [dev] Help me, and guide me
i want to update my OTRS, 2.2 to 3.0, but when i run script of 2.3 then in alter statements i found this error 0 66 12:04:13 ALTER TABLE queue_preferences ADD CONSTRAINT FK_queue_preferences_queue_id_id FOREIGN KEY (queue_id) REFERENCES queue (id) Error Code: 1005 Can't create table 'otrs.#sql-223f_49' (errno: 150) 0.031 sec i am working on mysql workbench and i install otrs on red hat linux, please guide me as soon as possible. Hi, I am new in OTRS and want to upgrade 2.2 to 3.0. but i am confused what i take first step to ahead. I read only developer guide of OTRS. I know this is step by step up gradation like 2.2 to 2.3 and then 2.4 then 3.0. but suggest me in detail what step i follow. and if i customize (Add new column and remove some colum or concate some column) in the reports of OTRS then what files are changed and what should i take first step. kindly guide me about it.
