[Dev] Identity Server 5.3.0 as a Key Manager with API Manager 2.1.0

2017-02-14 Thread Gottfried Szing

Hi

Is there a timeline when it is possible to use Identity Server 5.3.0 as a Key
Manager with API Manager 2.1.0?

Following the documentation for IS 5.2.0/AM 2.0.0 at https://docs.wso2.com/x/CKJlAw for the above setup always
fails, no matter which version (5.0.3, 6.0.4, 6.1.66) of the keymanager is chosen. And a newer documenation is
not available.

[Dev] [WSO2 IS] SaaS Application Mode in SP configuration

2017-02-14 Thread Hanen Ben Rhouma
Hello guys,

I have a question regarding the configuration of the Service Provider. Say
I want to share the SP configuration between all my tenants so that all
users can access my application, for achieving this I created my SP
instance in one of my tenants and checked the SaaS Application checkbox but
I couldn't authenticate users from other tenants. Is there some other
config that I need to add to my application in order to make it work.

I saw something saying we need to add this to web.xml :

carbon.enable.saas
true

and

carbon.saas.tenants
*

Does it answer the question?

Hanen

[Dev] [UUF] Validate your hbs file

2017-02-14 Thread Manuranga Perera
Hi IS team,

I see lot of missing quotes and minor syntax issues. Please do following to
fix.

1) go to your checkout. make sure you have no local changes
2) run find -iname "*.hbs" | xargs sed -i -e "s/{{.*}}//g" . warning: this
will change files
3) run find -iname "*.hbs" | xargs xmllint --html --noout
4) copy the errors git reset --hard
5) revert the files in the checkout
6) go through the error list and correct the errors, note that error may
caused due to a unclosed thing in a previous line

Re: [Dev] Identity Server 5.3.0 as a Key Manager with API Manager 2.1.0

2017-02-14 Thread Chamalee De Silva
Hi,

Now it is possible to use IS as KM with API Manager 2.1.0.
The P2 repo [1] is updated with the Key Manager features and by installing
Key Manager version 6.1.66 in WSO2 IS 5.3.0 you will be able to use IS as
Key Manager for API Manager 2.1.0.
The configuration steps are almost same as in the documentation [2].

We are in the process of updating the documentation for Configuring WSO2 IS
5.3.0 as Key Manager for WSO2 API Manager 2.1.0 and the new documentation
will be available soon.

We will update this thread when the documentation is available.

I see that I get 500 (internal server error ) with GET

Always timing out on something..

If you could post a guide on how to generate verbose logs that will help. I
have set-up logging to TRACE for the affected classes but I'm still getting
the same log level.

Re: [Dev] Identity Server 5.3.0 as a Key Manager with API Manager 2.1.0

2017-02-14 Thread Gottfried Szing

Hi Chamalee,

Now it is possible to use IS as KM with API Manager 2.1.0. The P2 repo [1] is
updated with the Key Manager
features and by installing Key Manager version 6.1.66 in WSO2 IS 5.3.0 you will
be able to use IS as Key
Manager for API Manager 2.1.0. The configuration steps are almost same as in
the documentation [2].

We are in the process of updating the documentation for Configuring WSO2 IS
5.3.0 as Key Manager for WSO2
API Manager 2.1.0 and the new documentation will be available soon.

We will update this thread when the documentation is available.

Thanks for your response and I have already tried the version 6.1.66 from the repository. In the UI the
installation works without any message, but in the logs an error shows up immediately after installing the
feature. So, this error is logged before doing the restart.

And during restart of the server itself, three different error messages shows
up.

[2017-02-14 21:15:40,358] ERROR {org.wso2.carbon.apimgt.impl.utils.APIUtil} - Custom sequence template

None of this happened with the IS 5.2 + AM 2.0, so I am not sure if this can be ignored or if this is a
serious issue.

  Gottfried

Hi,

I think these error can be ignored. Check out the last section of [1]. It

These were there in IS 5.2 + AM 2.0 (if you have installed the feature
rather than using Pre-Packaged IS) too and can be ignored.

I confirm Farasath's and Abimaran's comments.
As they have pointed out, this error is harmless and can be ignored.

[Dev] Fwd: WSO2 ESB process stuck

Subject: WSO2 ESB process stuck
To: Malaka Silva

HI Malaka,

I will be glad if you can help me on the below bottleneck.

I have a process which enrich product information from Icecat system and
write it into xml files. Total product are around 60K and it takes around
22 hours to complete the process.

However sometimes process stuck in between after 40k products and it does
not write anything in Carbon log also source file is still there on SFTP.

So my queries are :

1. Can I see somewhere else for errors

2. Is it possible to check if process is still running or not since
WSO2 is not releasing memory also.

3. How can I handle such scenario.

Please do needful.
