Either create a bug or write to this mailing list (as you did).

I use bodhi only to give simple feedback or post easy workarounds. The interface
is not suitable for discussions.

Regarding your last bodhi comment [1]:

Not sure which package causes the problem. I could update libjxl to 0.6.1-6.fc35
(which worked after removing the gimp heif plugin).

In general negative karma is not useful after the package went to stable. Just
file a bug in that case and don't be afraid of filing issues which may get
closed as "CANTFIX" or "NOTABUG". As long as you are respectful and employ
common courtesy everything should be ok :-)

Hi Steven,

There was an update [1] to libjxl that appears to have broken some
dependencies (gimp-jxl-plugin, jxl-pixbuf-loader, libaom, etc.).

I'm not sure if the negative karma is helpful, since this update has already
been pushed to stable a few days ago.

libheif is not part of Fedora (likely installed from rpmfusion-free) and
the update was not coordinated between Fedora + RPM Fusion (as expected -
RPMFusion is an independent 3rd party repo.

I think there is some progress to rebuild the package but you should watch
RPMFusion bug 6158: https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6158
