[Dhis2-users] issue on ProgranStage section Management

Hi all,
I have notice that when adding Program stage section the programstageid is
to inserted programstagesection table and therefore the the section and
forms do not show up when capturing data. It seems a bug in DHIS 2.24.
did anybody have the same issue?

The temporary solution I found is every time add a section update
the programstageid in the programstagesection using the
appropriate programstageid.

[Dhis2-users] Tracker capture not responding on chrome

Hi All,
I have set up a tracker program and wanted to capture some data but it
keeps showing "loading metadata". when I inspect I get this attached errors.
I used Firefox and it works perfectly

Anybody else having the same problem?

[Dhis2-users] Update Category option combination

Dear DHIS2 community,
We are setting up an aggregated system using Attribute option as part of
the disaggregation. Some of the category option names were not correct and
we have renamed them.

Now after updating the category option combination through data
administration/Maintenance, the old combination name is still appearing on
the category option combinations on the frontend and at the backend.

we have renamed some attribute option on Sierra Leon Demo 2.27 and still
found the same issue.

Is there anyone experiencing the same issue.

we are using version 2.27 build:5c148f4

I did perform Update category option combinations as decrypt on my email
but there was no change in the name.
similarly, I renamed the category option *"Improve Access to Improve access
to clean water" *on Sierra Leon demo 2.27. but no change after performing
maintenance.

Thanks you for raising this intersting question. We also have some instance
having the same issue and we suspect that it is due the mobile data
collection making those funny missing TEI.
Are you using mobile data collection on that your instance?

[Dhis2-users] Get Program Indicator throught value analytics Tables

Dear DHIS Community,
I am trying to understand how Program Indicators values are stored in the
database and I thought of the analytics tables.
I have read on the analytics API documentation that the dx dimension can be
used to query on Data elements, indicators, and Program Indicators. I tried
to use the same approach using dx dimension on Analytics table through the
backend to retrieve the PI value and I noticed that the PI values are not
stored.

Its there any other way to retrieve the Program indicator value through the
backend table?

You can use the even report app to pull the data with the Programstage data.

 

For data modification, use can also use the API(if you are familiar with it).

Does anyone know how to display data elements from a program stage on the front 
page of the tracker app? I can only see attributes from enrollment.

 

Also, is there a way to export a list of tracker registrations WITH the program 
stage data?

 

Also 😊 is there a way to modify the data (for example if you need to change one 
data element value for a lot of registrations and don’t want to click into a 
program stage for every registration) and then re-import in a way that updates 
the registrations without duplicating? (I am guessing no)

DHIS store by default the file uploaded into to folder under DHIS_HOME( usually 
named DHIS2). 

To share these file with other users I don’t advise you to share that folder 
directly but create an automatic copy from this folder to a secure FTP where 
users can access those files.

I intend to store files (pdf and jpg) in my online DHIS2 instance. I wanted to 
know the default directory where the value type of the data elements "File" in 
the DHIS2 are stored. Is it possible to find it / Report / Resources ??

[Dhis2-users] Bulksms gateway Configuration in 2.27

Dear DHIS experts,

We are trying to configure bulksms gateway in one of our 2.27
Instance(Build: 946e228) but failing to send sms. 

The config seem to be fine but whenever we try to send SMS, we got
''authentication failure'' as indicated by the logs below (I have change the
phone Number to .).

 

* INFO  2018-07-19 16:38:14,989 Sending SMS to [, 0]
(SmsMessageSender.java [http-nio-8080-exec-8])

* ERROR 2018-07-19 16:38:16,733 SMS failed, failure cause: authentication
failure (SmsMessageSender.java [http-nio-8080-exec-8])

 

The BulkSMS credentials are working perfectly on https://www.bulksms.com 

 

I have also tried a configuration using the API and got the same message
using these payload.

*   Gateway Config

{ 

  "name": "bulkSMS",

  "username": "Username",

  "password": "Pwd"

}

 

*   Add the gateway to Defaul
*   Send sms 

{

  "message":"Sms Text",

  "recipients": [

"47XX1",

"47XX2"

  ]

}

Am I missing something in the Config?

Is here anyone who had this issue before?
