As for me, I'll wait until I hear it from someone more official than a customer service agent. Agent 3820 is not a FCC federal agent, but rather a customer service agent who will only base their opinion on what is right in front of themsame as the earlier ruling that it was illegal. Let's hear it from the lawyers and engineers first, then I'll feel more comfortable. I had no doubt that it would once the document that the FCC requires was published.
