I dont think there will be a PC version for the same reason
there is no PC playing ARQ amtor or even pactor I ARQ.
The PC just cant keep up the timing required.

I have played with a amtor program but at best it was only 46%
of what the TNC was doing. And that was just going across
the room.

John, wow, a 28ARS. I remember repairing those, and 15s, 19s, 33s when I 
worked for RCA Global Comm. A lifetime ago, it seems. I bet I could take 
one apart and reassemble it :-)

On your (4), I wasn't aware of a PC implementation of P2 or P3. I know 
SCS has the patent on the "mode", but it seems to me that they could 
make additional money by licensing a PC version.
