Cheers, Andras Yes, but *please* there *must* be complete help available off-line. It's not always that one can get to the net; and sometimes connections are slow and/or expensive. There is really very little that is more frustrating than to be told to connect to xyz.com for help with what should be a purely local process such as editing a document. We are constantly reminded that many users have dial-up connections and that access to the internet can at times be sporadic. Not only that, but the phones are tied up while the user is on the internet, so these users like to go in-out quickly.
