[OSGeo-Discuss] Are Ari Jolma and Howard Butler standing for re-election to the OSGeo Board?

Landon,

AFAIK, nobody have submitted nominations for me or Howard. On the wiki
there are four nominations and I've seen two more (Lorenzo Becchi and
Daniel Morrissette) on this list. I think it is a good thing to see some
change in the board - but I'm also glad to see that Arnulf and Frank are
available for re-election.

Best regards,

Ari

There is no nominations list.
There is list of Charter Members who can be nominated for board members.

The election is a process of forming nominations list itself.

Best regards,

[OSGeo-Discuss] Re: How to enable Geoserver to server outside localhost

2010-08-12 Thread gustavofarina

Hi,

I am having the same issues. I have a Tomcat/Geoserver installation behind a
firewall and I can't neither access geoserver admin page nor serve anything
to the outside world.

How did you managed to resolve this problem?

Thanks in advance.

I am not standing for re-election this year. It has been an honor to serve.

Re: [OSGeo-Discuss] Are Ari Jolma and Howard Butler standing for re-election to the OSGeo Board?

2010-08-12 Thread Paul Ramsey
Only nominated members, as listed on the page, will be part of the
election process. Thus far no one has nominated Howard or Ari to stand
again for the board (or, they have declined nomination offers).

you can always publish with lulu.com (I bought the MapWindows
hardcopy book there)
and you preserve your copyright and set your price and people can get
your book as e-book and hardcopy.
You just need to do your own marketing. Thousands of books have been
published

through them - lot of textbooks,

Helena
