Two of my Radios are registered (and I have managed to play Qobuz to one of them, via Ickstream), but I still cannot get my Touch to register. I'm still receiving repeated requests to agree to license terms (for all kinds of players, including for the Radio(s) already registered), however many times I refresh, check the box, apply, delete, re-install, and/or restart LMS. I have also noticed that if I log on to the Ickstream Music Platform using my Ickstream account, then no devices or services are shown. But, if I log on to the IMP using my Qobuz account, then the two radios and the Qobuz service are shown. Thanks for doing Ickstream, but I'm about to give up on it for now (perhaps give it another go later), unless you can suggest something to try? 1. Enable debug level logging of plugin.ickstream in LMS
Settings/Advanced/Logging
2. Goto ickStream plugin settings page and confirm the license
3. PM or mail us the LMS server.log file
4. PM or mail us the ickstream.prefs file
Don't worry, we will get it to work, if you are tired of struggling it
might be preferred to wait a few days until we have solved some of the
issues reported and then try again.

Then I went to the IMP page to add services to that account. But, while I now have Deezer added (as a service and identity), I cannot add Qobuz. This despite logging on to IMP with Qobuz identity instead, and removing it from here as a service (this is rather confusing; logging on to IMP with a Qobuz identity, and seeing Qobuz as a service there). Deezer now also appears under ickstream in the LMS page. However, I cannot actually play anything from Deezer (gettrackfailed...; perhaps to do with my free Deezer account in some way?). [slim] Song don't add to current playlist in correct order
Logitech Media Server Version: 7.8.0 - 1395395852 Chaps If I add an album to the current playlist they aren't inserted in the correct playing order (i.e. they should be 1-10 but seem to be in a random order). If I then add another album the tracks get mixed in with the current playlist, rather than being appended to the end. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to change a setting somewhere? It's working great for me, thanks! Edit: Also Tidal just isn't playing through it at all now, same thing happened last night after I played a few songs and know this happened to a few people at the same time. You can't use it through MySqueezebox.com, MySqueezebox.com only contains the services Logitech has implemented. That's why Spotify works there. Could you try to refresh your account in the LMS plugin's setting? It could be that you deleted the original account (although you should not be able to do that yourself, yet) and then created another one which is now not connected to the LMS plugin. I solved an issue I had with Tidal dropouts, every 2 seconds and have streaming working well. I have a problem with navigation on tidal through LMS where only the first 10 artists show, and I have very limited display of options under other menus as well. I was able to get subscribed to Tidal and install the Ickstream plugin within an hour or so. Minor hiccup when the Ickstream platform itself seemed to go down for a while, and I had to futz with the FLAC playback settings within the LMS Advanced tab to get all tracks to play. But with patience came triumph. In terms of interface convenience, it's on par with Spotify via SBT. The search function is clunkier and tends to cast a wide net for hits and return much more than you are looking for, but no big deal. Tidal via SBT does have access to curated playlists that Spotify via SBT does not. Plus for me. I did not do a direct comparison with Spotify for sound quality, but after an hour of listening it felt surely better, more three dimensional. Upper frequencies seemed accentuated slightly. I did an A/B/A between Tidal and a couple of familiar FLAC tracks ripped to my local hard drive and accessed via Touch. Unfortunately, the hard-drive rips won by a small but definite margin with better detail retrieval and overall a more pure and clean presentation. [slim] OT - I need a new pair of wireless headphones
In the Living Room I have an SB3 that is attached to my AV Receiver using both digital and analogue connections. I mainly use the analogue via Zone 2 to a separate Sony amp for listening via headphones while SWMBO is watching TV. I have a number of pairs of headphones ranging from some top end wired ones to a pair of Sennheiser RS 130's which are RF wireless. They are perhaps 10 years old and the on ear volume control is starting to cause issues so I am after a new pair of wireless cans. I do not want Bluetooth. Anyone got any suggestions. I can afford something better than the RS130s but struggling to find anything other than Sennheisers as a possible replacement. My Touch and SBR registered. I added the Calm Radio and UberStations services. Calm Radio plays, but at double-speed! In UberStations, local HD3 stations also play double-speed. I think they remain the leaders in this particular space (non-BT wireless). Not sure there is a wireless set of cans that sound as good as the best wired but the RS220 probably comes closest. The RS170/RS180 can be had at a great discount since they are slightly older tech. All that said I once had a pair of higher-end Sony RF phones that I thought sounded ok. Their MDR-HW700DS looks promising, but expensive. A less-expensive MDR-HW300K is also available. Definitely not rejecting Sennheisers. I am just not aware of anything else. I will need to test the RS170/180 and 220 I guess. Leakage could be an issue for SWMBO but the RS130s are open and she doesnt complain about them so I guess audio quality and comfort should be my main criteria. Um. I guess I could just plug my cans into my iPhone and use the iPeng player. That would achieve the same result without the sender/receiver wouldn't it?
