I can't get my iTunes playlists either. I have a new PC with fresh install of iTunes and SS 6.2.1 My iTunes Playlist is in the default setting of C:\DOCU..\MY MUSIC\ITUNES My music is on another drive on E:\ITUNES I can get all my music via SS but none of my iTunes Playlists come across. Taking the advice of a previous poster, here is how it fixed itself: Stop SS service via the system tray Open a command prompt, navigate to the SS folder, and run SLIM.EXE My hard drive churned away for many minutes. Once the hard drive access stopped, I opened up Internet Explorer to config my device and all is now well with finding my iTunes Playlist.
