When I rolled back to version 6 I realised that although I had been forcing a rescan I had never actually deleted the slimserver directory between upgrades. Im back at 6.02 and so far it seems to be ok. Im going to give it some more time and see if it stays the same and then try an upgrade again. [slim] Browse Music Folder Not Working
I havent been able to use the Browse music folder consistantly for some time now. On a lot of items when you go into the directory all it shows is the URL information instead of whats in the directory. This happens on the squeezebox and on the web interface. This started to happen when I got another Squeezebox. I had the original one and have just added a new squeezebox2. I dont think its so much adding the box that did it but I did upgrade from 6.0 to 6.1 at the time. I have tried a few different versions since and done full rescans but its always the same. Is there any way I can get the old 6.0 software? [slim] Browse Music Folder - Plays single Track
Hi, Had an original squeezebox for about 2years.. just purchased a new V2 model and updated my server software to 6.1. Most of my listening has been done with the browse music folder option in the past. I would go into a folder hit play and it would play the track and then any other tracks in the folder. In 6.1 it seems to only play the single track that I have selected and then either stop or repeats depending on what is set in the options. In the server I have set for browse albums to continue to play the next track and the browse albums option does indeed work... but.. I would like to get this feature back for the browse folder option. I think I was running version 6.0 of the server software before. Does anyone know anything about this? Do I need to go back to an older version of the software and if so where can I get it?
