[slim] Streaming Loop
Hi, I cannot stream anymore. I'm very depressed. What happens is that I can make the connection from work to home and start my browser. Then my music starts no problem. In my Windows media player, I get to about 1:20 into the song and the progress bar pops up. After the bar gets to the end (as though it's at the end of a song), it stops. If I try to start it again, it just plays the same song again and I am caught in a streaming loop. This used to happen a while ago. I would simply delete the player in my settings, and the problem would go away. It's not working anymore. Coincidentally (or not) the problem started after I replaced my router. If that is the reason, I cannot figure out (because the packets are correctly forwarding to my SqueezeBox's server) what I would have to change. I can get it to update, but only after pressing the Now Playing button. But it's not live. If I want it to update again, I gotta repress the button. Also, the clock doesn't show when it's off now. Any thoughts, anybody?? Would going back to a previous version help? [slim] SB Display not auto updating
Hi, Something weird started happening recently with my SB2. When I play a new song, it doesn't automatically come up on the SB display. The music plays fine. I can update the screen by pressing the now playing button, but I never had to do that until recently. Also, my remote is doing weird stuff too: when I try to change a song from my collection, the song doesn't play when I press the play button. The other buttons seem to work without any delay, but the play button does not. I am now using firmware 82. I thought maybe a recent firmware upgrade screwed it up... ??? Any thoughts? [slim] Library Missing An Album
Hi SqueezeMasters! I have ripped my entire CD collection to MP3. I went to pull up a CD and I couldn't find it! I searched and searched, but the software does not see it, PERIOD. It's there on the hard drive. It's there in my Windows Media Player. I tried to clear out the whole library and have it research / reload, but no luck: it still didn't show up. I have over 2000 CDs ripped, so how do I make sure SB can see them all, and what do I do about the missing one (or more??) ?
