Hi George
Looks like you have a symlink named django inside your django
installation which points back to it self.
Try something like this:
cd /path/to/svn/checkout/django
ls -al
if you see a symlink in there named django remove it:
rm django
And all should be fine again.
hope this helps
ps: you can reproduce this kind of problem like this:
mkdir $HOME/test
cd /tmp/
ln -s $HOME/test test
cd /tmp/test
ln -s $HOME/test test
After that you'll have a endless hierarchy of symlinks.
e.g.
/tmp/test/test/test/test//test
--~--~-~--~~~---~--~~
