The only problem is that the FS-4 will cost you as much as a couple of receivers!! 73, Garey - K4OAH Glen Allen, VA Drake 2-B, 2-C/2-NT, 4-A, 4-B, C-Line and TR-4/C Service Supplement CDs www.k4oah.com Adrian P. van Bloois wrote: Someone wrote: Hi All. [Drakelist] Drake Receivers.....
Yes, they are very expensive NOW. I got a used one for $175 before the price went up. (Serial number 740) Drake probably didn't make too many of them. That was back about 35 years ago! I had to do a little work on it but it does the job well. I don't know what they go for now. Probably as much as two ham rigs. 73, Ski-WB8YXI ___ Drakelist mailing list Drakelist@zerobeat.net http://mailman.zerobeat.net/mailman/listinfo/drakelist

Yikes. I got one I'll sell you for 75% of that price! :) People get all hung up on that external box. It looks to me like it would be easy enough to make one with a bank of relays, there's no real reason to use a stepper motor. 73 -Jim On Mon, 12 Sep 2011 11:23:07 -0500, Woody wrote: Any body need a 7 line Coax Sw without the outside box??? I'm tempted to post a question asking the seller who his drug dealer is, because he obviously deals in some mighty fine stuff. I'd also ask that if he gets his price to please tell me who bought it, because the buyer's dealer must have much better stuff!
