[Dspace-tech] Language toggle in XMLUI 1.6.x

2010-09-23 Thread Tonny Hjelmberg Laursen

I can see that some Dspace sites have the option to change language
without a change in the browser settings. Do anyone have patch for this
in xmlui version 1.6.x ?

Thanks,

Tonny

I have now received a link to the patch that take care of this, in
case of other who could you use this, heres the link -
http://jira.dspace.org/jira/browse/DS-332 (Thanks Eija from
http://helda.helsinki.fi )

Why is this not the standard for Dspace? I can't see any good reasons
why it shouldn't, unless it's because of priorities/lack of time from
the developers/maintainers.

I will suggest to have it added to the 1.7 release in December :)

Thanks,
Tonny
