I can understand how one feels after losing a deal, but one shouldn't  start
accusing our industry colleagues for that loss,I hope  you intend to stay in
this realestate market for long term if so you need to understand the basics
of this Industry , seller and buyer run the market if they say yes we go
ahead if they say no we cant force them .we can try our best to convince
them ,persuade them. but final decision is in their hands as it happened in
your deal with Jam, I know Jam for  3 years, she is a trustworthy,honest and
very hardworking person, So don't let your business relation spoil with
agents because of sellers/buyer coz you need to work a long way with agents.

on that note :  shake hands  close more deals , we need to help each other
to do more business. Cheers !!!

   Not everyone lives a life like a bed of roses.  My elder sister Nikita
who
Is 19 years old is suffering from a kidney failure and has been undergoing
Dialysis for the past one year and one month. Since then we have been going
Through a time of real distress since my mother has to pay dhs.1, 200 per
Dialysis per session. It is very hard for us to pay this large sum of money
Since we are not well off people.

Just in march she had passed out from Our Own English High School, Sharjah
With first class results despite her being admitted in the hospital till
Mid- February. Her health has been deteriorating as days go by and her
Doctor has advised us to get her ready for the transplant as soon as
Possible. She has missed one year of her collage due to her health
Condition. She has already planned to study law in India but has not been
Able to till her transplant is done.
Her condition is not a straight case. She was born with a neurogenic
Bladder. Due to the disability of controlling her urine she was asked to
Insert a catheter four times a day which wasn't possible since she used to
Attend school. It is because of this being one of the main reasons her
Kidneys have failed.

My mother has been handling the life of my sister, me and herself
Single-handed. Ever since the doctors confirmed that my sister's kidneys
Have failed she managed to save the life of my sister with the help of some
Very generous people and my uncle. Her transplant, according to her doctor
Will cost us approximately U.S $ 80,000, which is way beyond our means.

I am Namrata, Nikita's younger sister. I am 15 years old. I have been
Seeing my mother and sister suffer for as long as I can remember and I
Can't anymore. I want this to be known among people so that even if they
Are not ready to help financially a prayer for my elder sister will also
Help.

   Not everyone lives a life like a bed of roses.  My elder sister Nikita
who
Is 19 years old is suffering from a kidney failure and has been undergoing
Dialysis for the past one year and one month. Since then we have been going
Through a time of real distress since my mother has to pay dhs.1, 200 per
Dialysis per session. It is very hard for us to pay this large sum of money
Since we are not well off people.

Just in march she had passed out from Our Own English High School, Sharjah
With first class results despite her being admitted in the hospital till
Mid- February. Her health has been deteriorating as days go by and her
Doctor has advised us to get her ready for the transplant as soon as
Possible. She has missed one year of her collage due to her health
Condition. She has already planned to study law in India but has not been
Able to till her transplant is done.
Her condition is not a straight case. She was born with a neurogenic
Bladder. Due to the disability of controlling her urine she was asked to
Insert a catheter four times a day which wasn't possible since she used to
Attend school. It is because of this being one of the main reasons her
Kidneys have failed.

My mother has been handling the life of my sister, me and herself
Single-handed. Ever since the doctors confirmed that my sister's kidneys
Have failed she managed to save the life of my sister with the help of some
Very generous people and my uncle. Her transplant, according to her doctor
Will cost us approximately U.S $ 80,000, which is way beyond our means.

I am Namrata, Nikita's younger sister. I am 15 years old. I have been
Seeing my mother and sister suffer for as long as I can remember and I
Can't anymore. I want this to be known among people so that even if they
Are not ready to help financially a prayer for my elder sister will also
Help.
