[Dx4win] Labels
Hi Bob This is how I set my print up for directly printing onto the cards. I use the upper two lines on the PREFERENCES|REPORT/LABELS Tab and set it up as below: FT1000D, FT900, TL922, Yagis + Dipoles Tnx for the QSO es 73@@ It works for me. I tried using the third line on version 4.07 a few years ago but couldn't get it to play. Perhaps it works in the latest version? 73 Lee ZL2AL - ZL7AA, ZL8RI, ZL9CI, VE3OE In days of old, when radios were bold and transistors were not invented. [Dx4win] Print to QSL
I have an old HP111p and feed the cards on the end. Your best bet is to work it out with the preview on the printing window and then try it using A4 sheets of paper. When you get it where you want it... feed in QSLs. Doing this way saves a lot of wasted QSLs. Version 6.02 5.02 and 4.07 print correctly. Version 5.03 and 6.01 switch from Portrait to landscape after the first print. 73 Lee ZL2AL - ZL7AA, ZL8RI, ZL9CI, VE3OE In days of old, when radios were bold and transistors were not invented. [Dx4win] Dupes
Rick, 1. Create a new log 2. Enter one dummy QSO (like in 1945) 3. Import the file(s) (or use Merge for DX4WIN files) 4. You will be asked what to do with duplicate QSOs; select 'Ignore imported QSO' 5. This assumes that the second QSO (the duplicate) of the imported QSOs is the one you want to ignore; so the sequence you use is important. 6. When done, delete the dummy QSO; should be the first in the log. What is the quickest, most efficient way to recognize and elminate dulpicate QSOs in DX4WIN? This would include merged DX4WIN files and imported ADIF files. All of the QSOs, whether generated within DX4WIN or imported, would be contained within a single DX4WIN log. Is there any simple way to do this? Bob, There are two 'greeting lines' for a label. But when you use Word to print the cards, why not add this information in Word? That way you have more control where the text goes.
