[Dx4win] Label Printing Question
I have four log files that each have 1-3 QSO's I want to print labels for. Is there any way to merge them together into one file to print? I'm not sure how one prints to file The other option is to run the same sheet of labels through the printer four times, but I don't remember how to set the offset to skip past the labels that have been removed/used after each pass through the printer. Any/all help is appreciated! Re: [Dx4win] Label Printing Question
If you want to print all together you must make a new file and separate every call in groups. You must name every group with the call you want to print and after that in filepreferencesRep/Lab add a %%. Also when you go to print, you must have print group names box checked. Easier if you go with your second option. When you go to print (qso windowQSLsPrint QSL labels) a window opens. Notice the Missing Labels box in the middle. Here you are. Note that if have a sheet with more than one column with labels, dx4win prints by column. So if you have missed the first column (8 labels for example) and 3 labels in the second, you must write 11 in that box. 73 Kostas, SV1DPI Στις 14/3/2013 08:04, ο/η Eric Rosenberg έγραψε: I have four log files that each have 1-3 QSO's I want to print labels for. I'm not sure how one prints to file You can merge the DX4WIN logs using Files | Import/Export then in the new window, File | Merge DX4WIN log. Or you can export the 1-3 QSOs from each file to, say, a DX4WIN8 file. Create a new DX4WIN log and import those little files into it. Then print from this new log. - Jim -- Jim Reisert AD1C, jjreis...@alum.mit.edu, http://www.ad1c.us __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
[Dx4win] Newer modes
I've been using digital modes more than ever and am hoping that the Modes selection in DX4WIN can be expanded in an update to the program. The WSJT modes such as ISCAT and JT9-1, etc., need to be included to keep up with the existing programs being used. I'm currently using ver. 8.05. __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
Re: [Dx4win] Newer modes
I think the best solution would be to have a configurable list of modes. I don't think Paul has the time to release an update every time a new mode comes on line Sent from Samsung tabletBill Turner w4...@yahoo.com wrote:I've been using digital modes more than ever and am hoping that the Modes selection in DX4WIN can be expanded in an update to the program. Re: [Dx4win] Newer modes
Yes, there should be a user configurable database of modes that would be properly formatted for adif output. New modes can be matched to data in TQSL for uploading to LOTW.
