Hello Andy do you use the file from Jim's site? http://dx4win.ad1c.us/radios/index.html I am not sure but I think there is not an official dx4win file for this rig. I would suggest to download the file again and put it in radios sub-directory in dx4win directory I have not a 590 (even I like it a lot). If this does not work for you, go to file>Databases>radios. You need to select your radio (590) and in value tab, and play with the values in mode value.
