Here's a guess as to why - it would be my motivation to reach the same decision: - if you play an online casino and always lose, you know they're crooked, you kick up a fuss and drag their name through the mud, such that they go out of business. Or you shrug and pick a different casino. - if you play an online lottery and always lose, that's *normal*. No way of tellng if they're just pocketing the money and pretending. Now if see has it set up to send a random pic with each play that would probably increase the number of tickets sold. No, berkleyium wouldn't be the most expensive metal you can buy because berkleyium doesn't exist. Berkleium however does. But perhaps this was a trick question, a type-o or maybe just a Floriadian accent. That's just semantics so you probably won't take this as an answer. We all know Florida does things a little different just look at the election process, so maybe berkleyium is alright down there. However, I would still say no. Rhenium is rarer than berkleium and I don't believe rhenium is radioactive. I'm not sure the demand of Rhenium is very big, but the supply is very scare so I think this may be the most valuable per gram.
