[e-gold-list] Derivative Bomb and Gold

2002-05-30 Thread Gimme Shelter

Hi all,
I hope all is well.
I do not know if many follow the old gold economy or not. The gold spot
price has been rising steadily. In this rise, there have been many
contributing factors along the way. War, terrorism, accounting corruption,
bankruptcy, war, Japans banking corruption, (does anyone else see a
pattern of banking and government corruption here).
But today there are two factors leading to golds spot price increase.
I would urge each of you to read the following article by one of the
worlds largest gold brokers in the '70's.
Between the derivative bomb the banks have created with gold, and the
dollar falling like a led balloon, gold is poised very well to move up.
 http://www.financialsense.com/editorials/sinclair_schultz.htm

But if this bomb explodes it could be detrimental for the miners. I urge
each of you to alert your media of this as well as the directors of any
mine investments you may have.

they going?

That is the secret:)

Hi,

yes, First Alpina Technologies (FAT), Inc. does gladly accept e-gold,
goldmoney and internet$ as payments for:

- cheap privacy enhanced hosting in a liberal country (not the USA)
- domain registrations as low as 12 $!!

Go and check it out yourself at www.alpina1.net

Hi Pat,

I have not heard of any other sites that accept e-gold for Internet Access,
webhosting - yes, Internet Access, not yet.

I operate the Internet's largest eCurrency resource portal and I have not
seen one yet.

Good job locating moregold.net - I have not come across that site in any
crawl sessions.

[e-gold-list] e-gold payment

2002-05-30 Thread Steven T. Cramer

I have been asking all online vendors if they accept e-gold payments
prior to purchasing in other means. I have yet to get one to accept
them but I figure if we all keep asking surely it can't hurt the
industry.

If we all do business with a common online vendor maybe we can team up
and all email them to ask for e-gold payment system.

www.cdw.com is my next attempt!

I have contacted Wal-mart

http://www.componentsource.com
http://www.dream-com.com/

And a couple others just this week. And I am not an exchanger nor will
I make anything other than possibly 25% of the spend fee.

If you go to the eCTA http://www.exchangeprovider.net/ecta.cgi and select
Merchants List from the left hand links, you will find quite a few under web
hosting, about 11 last time I looked.

To set the record straight for those interested;

ISP = Internet Service Provider - Earthlink.net, ATT.com, and AOL.com would
be classified as ISP services.

Domain Registrar = URL Registration - Register.com and NetworkSolutions.com
would be classified as domain registrars.

There is a difference between supplying Internet access and domain
registration. Some domain registration services do also provide domain
hosting, but not Internet access. Some domain registrars provide domain
hosting AND Internet access.

An ISP is not the same as a domain registrar.

Pat was inquiring about Internet access, as shown at the site provided in
the original inquiry. What Pat is getting is links to domain registration
services, not ISP services like requested.
