[e-gold-list] Re: Costagold,
I subscribed briefly and skimmed through the January ruling. Maybe the gold was converted to dollars in order to preserve the dollar value at that time for recovery in the near future by claimants (when the identity issue of claimants is settled). Also maybe OmniPay wanted to make their own (educated) bet on the subsequent movement of exchange rate (eg. $350 per ounce then, $370 later). Anyway, this doesn't really effect me, as I never would have had anything to do with either OSgold or OSopps! It was just a matter of general interest whatever ever became of the CostaGold escrow balance, and the corresponding drop in the number of e-gold bars. At 10:10 PM 26/01/2003 -0600, Craig wrote: I may have to stand corrected on Costa Gold. From reading some of the emails in this user group, http://ca.groups.yahoo.com/group/Global-Recovery-Group-how-to-join/ it looks like the money held by e-gold was recovered by the victims of the Costa Gold operation. If true, that would be welcome news. --- You are currently subscribed to e-gold-list as: archive@jab.org To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Use e-gold's Secure Randomized Keyboard (SRK) when accessing your e-gold account(s) via the web and shopping cart interfaces to help thwart keystroke loggers and common viruses.

-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE- Hash: SHA1 Sorry, your message was not distributed to e-gold-list because you did not include your member password in the message body. This mailing list requires that people include a copy of their member password in the body of the messages that they send to the mailing list. This requirement was set by the mailing list administrator, to ensure that the person who appears to be sending the message really is that person. Many EMail programs allow people to pretend to be someone they are not, so this password required feature provides an additional level of security against this kind of impersonation. You can insert your password anywhere in your message body. Typically, people put the password at the very end of their message. ListManagerSQL, the list manager software running this list, will automatically remove your password from the message body when it distributes your message, so that others will not see it. Or just another scams like the big scam named www.incrementalgold.com? But you know better than me, and I hope you can help me through this e-gold chaos. people are free to open websites and operate e-gold exchange business. To help you in this chaos e-gold has listed a number of exchange businesses at their website: http://www.e-gold.com/unsecure/thelist.htm#marketmaker I think e-gold makes no guarantees about these businesses, but they have done some due diligence on those companies and find them to be trustworthy enough to list on their website. Try to use their services. Please note that there are other exchangers who are not listed there and who are also trustworthy. Soon GDCA (www.gdcaonline.com) will start ranking all exchange providers, so you can see there whom you can trust and who are scam artists. [e-gold-list] RE: Evocash Need little help !
-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE- Hash: SHA1 Dear Mark, I have a EVOCASH account and I made a rendeem from EVOCAH to my bank account. They said transfer will take 3-5 days. After 4 days I got confirmation transfer was done so I said that should be 3-5 days from that day. Now are 10 days later ( 14 days from day I requested rendeem) and I did not got any money. I asked Evocash and they told me that transfer was done and was not bounced. I understand that Evocash sent you and international wire. Int. wires can be traced from the sender's side, it's nothing you can do at your side. Please note that there are multiple reasons why you never got it: they wrote your name wrong (or you gave them incorrect account name) and your bank is holding it; intermediary bank is sitting on it; evocash's bank is sitting on it. What you can do is to ask evocash a copy of the SWIFT message (aka international wire) their bank sent out and then go to your bank and ask if they have seen any such wire. Note: I don't work for evocash, I have never owned or exchanged any evocash. Just sharing my knowledge about international bank wires.
