Patrik,

I have been using GoldAge ever since Eric Gaithman closed his office. I
will normally do $20,000 to $30,000 a month with Ragnar and I have done
amounts above $50,000.

Each time when I do a spend to out exchange my gold, he always confirms

only times I did not get my funds into my account was either it was
wired on a holiday or a Friday.

As far as I am concerned, Ragnar is honest and above board.

If people have real complaints against GoldAge or Ragnar, then file
charges with your local police. I am sure that Ragnar would not have a
problem with that if he is honest and I believe he is.

What will a lawyer do? Other than giving you a huge bill for his
services, not much. Maybe send Ragnar a letter?

I have seen many exchangers come and go. I wonder why GoldAge is still
around if they steal people's money. I can assure you that if he ever
did steal my money, I would do more than just BITCH about it on this
list.

Yes. Parker Bradley is alive and well and living in

Age with his associate Arthur (the Once and Future King?)
out of New York City. I think the address on their

All good reasons to use thin clients at you place of business and keep all

And of course, they somehow couldn't simply tell you what they changed it

Petty stuff like this really underscores how childish and pathetic most
government agents really are. It also kind of makes me think that they are
aware of the banality of their own lives, how they need to lash out and hurt
people to make themselves feel important, when in reality they are parasites
upon society. They don't build roads or houses, they don't write software or
make advances in medicine and they don't create new businesses that provide
jobs for people. They can only steal and destroy what others make, and they
love to wield that power because they know it is all their lives will ever
amount to.

Scratch a bully, find a coward.

[e-gold-list] Re: Gold-Age

2001-04-30 Thread Michael Moore

The secret Service raided the officeds of Gold-Age and grilled My Bradley
for 8 hours about the running of e-gold. This was done under the auspices
of 'Credit Card Fraud'. No charges were ever laid and it is no
coincidence that Gold-Age, previously had been the victim of Credit Card
fraud in relation to Paypal.

The secret Service, not always able to select the right target, then
proceeded to raid Gold-Age, the victim, and confiscated their accounts,
paperwork and systems including hardware. Of course the real criminals who
perpertrate credit card fraud are still free.

Parker Bradley is now in the unenviable position of having to pick up the
pieces and try to get his business back together again with customers
screaming at him for money (as of course it makes no differece to the
secret service that they have interupted a going concern and frozen
accounts, yet the victim is innocent and no charges have been laid) yet
with a lack of equipment and historical records.

Hence the comment by RAH, 'Ask the secret service for the money', since
they have commandeered it, illegally I might add.

Check over the archives of the discussion list. There are plenty of
referecnes explaining in full detail, also if you go to
http://www.gold-age.net/ it is also explained there.

We apologize for not posting sooner, but we were out of town with family

-

On 03/12/2001, the Gold-Age offices were wrongly raided by the Syracuse
branch of the U.S. Secret Service (SS). All of our computer equipment, business
records, software, and many non-business items were stolen by the SS in
this raid; even though we have not been charged with any crime (because
we have committed no crime), and they refuse to give us more information.
We were also taken and interrogated for about 8 hours, over the course of
the interrogation, the whole thing became less about Gold-Age, and more
about e-gold politics -- they wanted us to lie about e-gold.
...

Parker is going to create a legal defense fund account which I'll set
the public-balance attribute on when he tells me. Good lawyers are
not cheap. I'm also donating one full set of six J.S.G. Boggs plastic
Sacajawea dollar coins (say where I send them, Parker) in addition
to any grams I'll be spending to the legal defense fund. The Secret
Service has had more than a few run-ins with my friend Boggs -- I
think the figure they've spent on him so far (in the USA alone) was
somewhere between $5 and $6 million US. Of course, Boggs can
(and does) make his own money ($10.00 bills) to pay lawyers,
and Parker has no such advantage. I encourage folks to dig deep.

I've known Parker Bradley (electronically) for quite a while, and if he
says "they wanted us to lie about e-gold" I become VERY interested
in purchasing a copy of the interrogation transcript, if possible. He's
a well-spoken guy, so actually I'd prefer audio or video. I doubt the
SS will be thrilled by market demand for a Parker Bradley transcript
solely for entertainment-value, but you can tell them your friend Jim
Ray says "that's the way the donut crumbles" (if you dare!) if there's
any static about my request. Keep your chin up, Parker, treading on
you was a mistake, and you're far from alone.

Selling copies sounds like a good way to raise money for the legal fund
to me.

Speaking of lawyers... May I suggest that the Institute for Justice
be contacted.

http://www.ij.org/index.shtml

This case may well be of interest to them. They might take it pro bono
and it is good to have and be able to demonstrate influential support.

And if you want a real high powered (and probably high priced) advocate
then Henry Mark Holzer might be considered. He is not longer in active
practice; but he might take a case that interests him. And he did write
a book on gold (clause contracts).

I am writing to seek some info and/or help with regards to GOLD AGE
   /Parker E.C. Bradley.
I had a few mail queries which was answered rather promptly by Parker
before I used their services. However, after doing a wire transfer
using
the details provided, my e-gold has not been funded till now. I did
my
wire transfer to Gold Age 2 months ago on August 18.
I have mailed many times to Gold Age and Parker to get some kind of
reply
without much success. They have not replied to any of my mail.

I would like to think Parker is an honest guy and my transfer has
somewhat
   been 'overlooked'.

   Can anyone help me?

   Many Thanks,
   Zariah

Subject: [e-gold-list] Gold-Age: Real-Time Credit Card Processing

Gold-Age Now Utilizes Real-Time Credit Card Processing from
 Authorize.Net

This will greatly improve our service, as only properly submitted orders
(those which have been approved by the processor) will get through to
us. In the past, over 60% of our daily orders were invalid for one
reason or another (often because of customer input error.) Additionally,
about 50% of the remaining syntactically correct orders were declined by
the credit card processor. Dealing with these problems took several
hours a day and generally disrupted the processing flow for the entire
batch of orders, including the good orders.

So give our New Improved Credit Card Processing option a try -- you'll
 love it!

  http://www.gold-age.net

And don't forget, we now proudly take MasterCard and Visa, in addition
 to American Express and Discover.

 Thank you for using Gold-Age.

 Parker E.C. Bradley
 President
 Gold-Age, LLC

P.S.: Our current real-time CC processing arrangement involves two
forms, the first of which is a simple 2 question form. This first form
should also have the following text:

"Submitting this secure form will take you to a secure AuthorizeNet
credit card processing form for real-time processing of your credit card
 information."

If you do not see the above text /or there are more than two questions
on the first form, you have an old version of our credit card order form
in your browser's cache (which will not work). To access the new form
simply click your browser's reload/refresh button and you should be all
 set.
