The rest is just similar to the current use of ekiga.net You need to use the stable release of Ekiga 3.0 (3.0.0, or 3.0.1) to test the new system. Our current Ekiga trunk (SVN) has its outbound 1 - I hadn't yet read this announcement 2 - Debian testing doesn't seem to have Ekiga-3 yet, so all my machines are still on Ekiga-2.x I'm sure I'm not the only one in a similar situation.
