Thanks for the input. I recalibrated and the problem actually got worse. The radio didnt reset itself this morning, just siting there dead like a doornail. Im using the latest software update. On all bands. Recalibrated the VCO and got E 5. ERR VC 4. After 45 sec there was a change in the background noise. At first the rx seemed way dead, then there was an increase in noise but no signals being received. It might be time to send the radio to Elecraft because I think there is some other problem than the TXCO problem that showed up at first construction.
