Hi, Melin:

Make sure you do NOT have either RIT or XIT enabled!  That will cause
exactly the symptom you are experiencing .

Since the same BFO and Local Oscillator is used for both transmit and
receive, those frequencies will be identical. The only thing that a
misalignment in CAL FIL should cause is a shift in the apparent bandpass,
not a shift in frequency.

Since FL1 is *always* used for transmit, if you select FL1 for receive too
nothing at all should change between transmit and receive - not even a shift
in bandpass.

Merlin,

I believe a thorough filter alignment using Spectrogram to see the
de-modulated audio spectrum will straighten things around for you.  It is
CAL FIL that you need to run, not CAL PLL,

If you are not familiar with using Spectrogram for the K2 filter alignment,

Calibration article - it gives information about accurately setting the K2
reference oscillator and Step 3 provides details on how to use Spectrogram
for aligning the filters.

You really need to use spectrograph to align your filters...your transmitter 
is probably on frequency it's just your filters aren't properly centered so 
your receive is off.
