Please restart the K3 Utility. Is this the Windows or Mac version of the K3 Utility? You're pressing the Send All Firmware button on the Firmware page, right? Done several times. NO change. Except now, I can test the port and got a good test at the right speed. The TX LED goes out, and the delta-F led comes on solid. WHen I try to upload firmware I get K3 not responding. So it responds, then it doesn't. I don't have a good feeling about this. Don't believe it's the computer port. It seems to be the radio. Yes, It's the Mac version. It fails. Every time. Usually, but not always, once I restart everything, I can use the test comm page to check, and get a good test. Then when I try loading firmware, it fails. 11:47:29 K3 is running main program. what are you using to connect, presumably we are talking USB to Serial adapter? Have you got the latest drivers for this.
