I'd like to know a little more about the K144XV receive performance. The Noise Figure is given as "<2 dB", while the external XV144 has a NF "typically 0.8 dB". This seems like a significant difference. The XV144 also has a high dynamic range front end - how does the K144XV compare? Yes - It has its own mounting bracket to the side of the K3 and can be installed without or with the KRX3 sub rx. (You get a new K3 left side panel with the new mounting holes.) It actually sits a little above the sub RX and does not contact it.
