Folks,

I need some confirmation from our JATE certification folks for Wifi only
device.

We have a 802.11 a/b/g/n access point and have got the MIC
certification.

Our Customer in Japan is asking for JATE certification also.

We do not have any telecom ports only 2.4GHz and 5Ghz radios in our
device.

anyone familar with article 9?

Can a US manafacturer apply for JATE certificate as it is not applicable
to Wifi device and pay the Jate fees.

any REAL Jate experience help is appreceiated.

I have spoken to two MIC approved TCB, but still no answer to satisfy my
customer in Japan.

Regards

Illinois, Newtown Connecticut, Peabody Massachusetts, Courtland New York and a
few other headquarter cities of test laboratories on OSHA's NRTL list. A quick

by today's measurements, it's about 39.43 or there abouts, generally the
northern border of Maryland, whatever that turns into, and since the country
ended near it's western end, so did the line.  The rest was Indian country.
I'm used to big old trees and rock piles to designate real estate markers.
It is rather fun to to run the old survey lines of old property being described
that way!!
Like the Mason-Dixon Line in some places.

Interesting discussion about the 40th parallel. As it turns out the exploration
of the American territories in years past has often involved this line. I
personally drive across this delimiter every day, traveling to and from work.
My workplace in Louisville Colorado is at latitude 39.96745 degrees north, less
than 2 miles away. This parallel is marked by Baseline Road, named for the
very same and celebrated geographic feature.
