Ian Yes, the products should have been re-tested and a new D of C raised to reflect this. Depending on what they are you may find that there is now a product standard which relates to specifically that product group. In that case you should apply this and not the generic standards i.e. 50082-1 or 61000-6-1. Are the references to emissions up to date? EN 50082-1:1992 was supperseded by the 1997 version on 1 July 2001; and therefore no longer provides for the persumption of conformity to the EMC Directive after that date. If you wish to continue to use harmonized standards as the basis of conformity, you will have to use current standards. And yes, that means a re-evaluation to any changes in the standard.
