[Evolution] Meeting requests get signed, Contact pictures don't show, Attaching Jpg files sometimes crashes evolution
Hallo everyone, I currently am suffering from the following issues with evolution: I have enabled the option Do not sign meeting requests (for Outlook compatibility), but my meeting requests get PGP singed, sometimes causing problems with outlook users. In the contact list, the photos of my contacts aren't shown anymore. When receiving a mail it is displayed in the header as usual. Sometimes when I add a Jpeg image, evolution just crashes and closes without any notification. (Couldn't find a consistent way to reproduce this) Otherwise all is fine and evolution is awesome :) Running: Linux 3.12.0-1-ARCH Evolution 3.10.2 Kind regards Max ___ evolution-list mailing list evolution-list@gnome.org To change your list options or unsubscribe, visit ... https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/evolution-list

Trying that gives: [eric@ericscomputer ~]$ sudo xdg-mime query default application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.presentationml.presentation [sudo] password for eric: libreoffice-impress.desktop libreoffice-impress.desktop Why 'sudo'? The idea is to ask what *your own* environment is going to find, not the superuser's. poc I didn't realize the query was user specific and I wanted to avoid a 'permission denied.' At any rate the result is the same when I run the query as myself. To Reid: No tnef that I can find. But that's for mail coming from M$ Outlook or Exchange Server. I don't see that it has anything to do with mail coming from Apple Mail. ___ evolution-list mailing list evolution-list@gnome.org To change your list options or unsubscribe, visit ... https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/evolution-list

Late 3.6 included many CalDAV related fixes and enhancements; even better get to 3.8 for much improved stability. -- Adam Tauno Williams mailto:awill...@whitemice.org GPG D95ED383 Systems Administrator, Python Developer, LPI / NCLA ___ evolution-list mailing list evolution-list@gnome.org To change your list options or unsubscribe, visit ... https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/evolution-list

Could you try to create a simple test presentation sent to you, on which the bug would be reproducible for you, and then share the email through bugzilla [1] for testing purposes, please?
