well, Thanks for your reply.

However, the file is quite big with more than 25 sheets. I sent one sheet
to give an example.
Now, the file will be  used by many people but everyone would be interested
in different sheets. The problem i am facing currently, like you must have
seen is, the macro prints only black and white  but manually you can print
in colour, I would like the macro to print in colour ...

Thanks for the reply. Actually, i ned to give the user an option to print 
the sheet if he/she wants. Also, the command ou provided does not work. The 
print out is still not coloured.

I am trting to print sheets in colour using VBA. 
I am using the following code...
 

Sub Print_sheet()
With ActiveSheet
 
.PageSetup.BlackAndWhite = False

.PrintOut Copies:=1, Collate:=True
End With
 
End Sub
__
 
 
I have put Buttons on each sheet and assigned this macro to every button. 
The problem is that for some sheets, the macro prints the sheets in colour 
while for some others, it prints them in Black & White.
 
Ant help would be appreciated...

cavity.
 
I need all combinations & permutations with respect part.
 
Eg., 
 
A -> Part A, Tool 1, Cavity 1,  I -> Part B, Tool 2, Cavity 1 P -> Part C, 
Tool 1, Cavity 1
 
Combination:

3. F,V,A3 etc.,
 
Help me find the solution.

i need to copy a file from one folder, break links and save it in a
new folder with a new nameI am able to copy it and paste it in the
other folder but i am not able to break the links...
i tried using break links but it gives me an error.i am not sure
if i should break the links in the home file(the one i am copying) and
then copy it with a different name or if i should do it
otherwise.when i copy the  file and open the newly created file
the macro stops and gives me a message that the links could not be
updated ; which is cwhat i want to avoidplz help

I need to make a macro to open files whose name start with
Extract...the Folder has about 15 files and about 10 files begin with
"extract". I think i need a loop to do it but dont know how to do
it.plz help

may be conflicting) go to Format--Cells--Customs select the date format you
want.Its done.Even if this doesnt works than simply delete the entire date
row & insert a new row.

  U just need to select the entire ROW OF COMPANY
by pressing on C,D,E OR F ( the row in which Company is)only, and
apply filter.your answer is solved.So,u will b able to filter only according
