well, Thanks for your reply. However, the file is quite big with more than 25 sheets. I sent one sheet to give an example. Now, the file will be used by many people but everyone would be interested in different sheets. The problem i am facing currently, like you must have seen is, the macro prints only black and white but manually you can print in colour, I would like the macro to print in colour ... i need to copy a file from one folder, break links and save it in a new folder with a new nameI am able to copy it and paste it in the other folder but i am not able to break the links... i tried using break links but it gives me an error.i am not sure if i should break the links in the home file(the one i am copying) and then copy it with a different name or if i should do it otherwise.when i copy the file and open the newly created file the macro stops and gives me a message that the links could not be updated ; which is cwhat i want to avoidplz help -- -- Some important links for excel users: 1. Hi, Select the entire row again( except text eg; Date is written as text & this may be conflicting) go to Format--Cells--Customs select the date format you want.Its done.Even if this doesnt works than simply delete the entire date row & insert a new row. Hi, U just need to select the entire ROW OF COMPANY by pressing on C,D,E OR F ( the row in which Company is)only, and apply filter.your answer is solved.So,u will b able to filter only according to your choice.
