Please add me to the people wishing to send mail using g mail or yahoo

What am I looking for

1. Log in = I am ready to log in thru VBA or thru browser
2. Send mail = I will cut and paste recipients , first name, subject, body 
in the places dedicated / decided by you on the XL sheet. Click a button 
and mail should be sent out of yahoo mail or g mail 
3. These are standard mail , news letter sort of stuff

I have tried doing that, but after entering the details into my yahoo email id, 
its not allowing me to press enter, due to yahoo security.

Below link is not working and the file they have provided is not functioning.

Even I have googled a lot, and it seems due to security concerns, gmail or 
yahoo servers are not allowing to access there web sites using a macro.

Please let me know if you have tried the same at ur end ?

A humble request with experts to provide me a solution or guide me how to
extract closing price for specific stock Example ABB,ACC,INFY,WIPRO from
nseindia website.If Share market are open then show current price  after
closing market it show closing price.When I wish to add any stock in excel
it is also updated price.It is all update automatically,I think it is
possible from Data-Import External Data Query
